Like many firms, Our work can be done purely on a contingent basis, where we do fee-based placements and it’s only required if someone is hired through grokkd. This is the best way to get to interview some of the best in the world with no upfront cost.

Retainer Model
We also offer a retainer model that would be more like having a Grokkr on staff. These terms can be from month-to-month or longer, and can cover a wider range of offerings, such as job description support, customized hiring strategies, retention strategy recommendations, headhunting, monthly consultations, job posting management, and more.

Equity Based Placements
Well qualified organizations can utilize our equity based placement program. This is a great opportunity for when liquid cash might not be on hand to hire a recruiting firm, but a need for finding impactful candidates still exists.
